What is the workflow with agency-managed clients?

If you're an agency and have a client that is coming onboard as a MageMail customer, there are a few different options as far as workflow / communicaiton goes.

If you'd like, MageMail can communicate everything directly through you, and you can communicate with your end client in order to get the extension installed, get approvals on new email triggers, pass on recommendations for ongoing tweaks and optimizations, etc.

Also, MageMail can keep you both CC'd on all outgoing email. Or lastly, MageMail can communicate directly with your client and not CC you on anything other than issues where your help may be directly needed.
