Why is there a minimum revenue level requirement?

In April 2015, we introduced a minimum revenue level of $100K per year for merchants. 

The reason for this is that MageMail's is better suited to larger stores that can leverage multiple features to drive revenue from a large customer base.

Our team of experts work hands-on with clients to ensure every relevant feature is being used so that all revenue opportunities are optimized for maximum impact.

MageMail is able to charge the low fee of just 3% of attributes sales because we work with larger clients that are seeking further growth. Other service providers charge up to 12%.

To keep our pricing low and our quality of service high, we ask that you only sign up if your store meets this minimum requirement.
