How do I decline a suggested email trigger?

Email triggers will be recommended for you as drafts in your account. If you know for sure that you're not interested in a given email, you can decline it by clicking on the *Decline* button:

For example, let's say that you already have another extension handling your review request emails and so you know for sure that you aren't interested in using MageMail for that, you could go ahead and decline it.

If you're a little bit on the fence - you aren't certain that you want to decline it but also aren't sure that you want to publish it right away, you can either leave it as a draft or archive it If you leave it as a draft, you'll be reminded about it on a monthly basis.
