Progression of Trigger Porting to v2

While developing v2 ( http://magemail.co/v2), we've been slowly moving more and more email trigger types over to the new service. 

Abandoned carts are staying in v1 for the time being. 

We will gradually move over most of the post-purchase emails such as winbacks.
