How do I create a new email trigger?

Go to your MageMail Dashboard, and select your desired trigger type from the pull-down menu:

During your account creation process, you should've already been supplied a base template with some of your company's branding and information. From here, you'll simply change the phrasing inside the "content" tab of the trigger to suit the needs of your company. 

When completed to your satisfaction, click the little toggle button beside the title to place it "Under Review." We will then check it over for errors, and approve them!
